We provide: Freight Fuel Card Trailers Liability Insurance Cargo Insurance Weekly Pay after the First Week	You provide: IRP License 48 State IFTA Fuel Permit Bobtail Insurance Workman’s Comp Insurance
We pay: 75% of the Gross Revenue 100% of fuel Surcharge
